These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pastor Legacy Gifts website and the purchase of our products and services. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Pastor Legacy Gifts offers two custom products:
Both products are custom created for each individual order. Work begins after payment is confirmed and all required information has been received.
To place an order you must provide accurate and complete information in the order form, including the pastor's name, church name and location, a link to publicly available sermon content, and, where applicable, the occasion being celebrated. The Ministry Mirror does not require an occasion and may be ordered for personal use, as a gift, or at any time.
By submitting your order and completing payment, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to contact you with questions before beginning work if the information provided is incomplete or unclear.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of ordering before work begins. Prices are listed in US dollars.
Add-on services such as rush delivery, print-ready formatting, and printed copies are charged at the rates listed on the pricing page at the time of your order.
Pastor Legacy Gifts does not store your payment information. All credit card and payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's own security standards and privacy policy. You may also review our Privacy Policy.
Standard orders are delivered as a print-ready digital PDF within 5 to 7 business days from the time payment is confirmed and all required information has been received.
Rush delivery orders are typically completed within 2 to 3 business days and are subject to an additional fee.
Printed and shipped copies, when ordered as an add-on, are fulfilled through a third-party print partner and typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days after your digital booklet has been approved.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We will communicate promptly if any delay arises.
Every order includes one round of revisions at no additional charge. If you would like changes made to your completed product, please submit your revision request within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Revision requests should be specific and reasonable. We will make adjustments to existing content, correct any errors, and address reasonable concerns about tone or accuracy.
Revisions do not include starting the product over from scratch or substantially changing the scope of the original order. If you require significant additional work beyond the original scope, additional fees may apply.
Because every product is custom created for a specific pastor, we do not offer cash refunds once work has begun.
If you are not satisfied with your completed product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work with you through our revision process to make it right.
If an order cannot be completed due to insufficient publicly available content and we are unable to fulfill the order, a full refund will be issued.

All Legacy Tribute Booklets and Ministry Mirror analyses are built exclusively from publicly available sermon content. We take care to represent a pastor's voice and message accurately and respectfully.
However, Pastor Legacy Gifts does not guarantee that our interpretation of a pastor's themes or patterns will match every reader's personal understanding of that pastor's ministry. Our products represent a thoughtful analysis based on the content reviewed and are not intended as theological statements or official endorsements.
By placing an order you acknowledge that the final product reflects our professional interpretation of the content provided and reviewed.
Upon full payment and delivery, you receive the right to use your completed product for personal, church, and gift-giving purposes. This includes printing, sharing, and displaying the booklet within your church community.
You may not resell, reproduce for commercial purposes, or distribute the product outside of its intended personal or church use without written permission from Pastor Legacy Gifts.
The design templates, layouts, and proprietary formatting used in our products remain the intellectual property of Pastor Legacy Gifts.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that an order violates these terms or is intended for a harmful purpose.
Pastor Legacy Gifts provides its products and services in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the website or placing a new order after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Pennsylvania.
